SoapFault exception: [WSDL] SOAP-ERROR: Parsing WSDL

Hi all,

I use WHMCS 7.4.1 with WHMCS Provisioning Module for SmarterMail ver 1.4.

I'm writing because I have a serious error with module from WHMCS User Panel.

I have configured the WHMCS but from WHMCS User Panel is impossible to complete the setup of mail service because I have this error:

The URL 'webmail.ufficio.com/Services/svcProductInfo.asmx?WSDL' running successfully with the browser.

How to fix this problem?

Can you verify that you've enabled the "Allow Smarty PHP tags" setting in the security settings of WHMCS?

Hi Matt...

Thank you for your prompt reply....

The flag "Allow Smarty PHP Tags" was "Disabled"......Now the flag s "Enabled", but the error remains.

I'm stucked.......

Can you try adding http:// or https:// (if you use SSL) to your webmail url in WHMCS, I looks like that might have been omitted though granted it should still work.

Actually doing a test now,
going to webmail.ufficio.com/Services/svcProductInfo.asmx?WSDL causes a redirect
https://webmail.ufficio.com/Services/svcProductInfo.asmx?WSDL does not cause a redirect. Try setting this as your webmail URL in WHMCS, and it might start working.

Hi Matt....thank you for your reply....I have try to insert the URL in the WHMCS panel, but doesn't running......if is possible, I would like to send you all Confidential Data for access to WHMCS Panel and Linux command line with SSHv2 protocol. In this case I need your IP address for insert it into firewall whitelist otherwise Palo Alto kill the connection.....How to send you these informations in secure mode?

Contact me via DM on the community with info, I'll send you our office IP. I'd recommend creating a temporary user with rights to machine, or using a temporary password while I access the box, since the credentials will be sitting in my DM's.

I don't have any DM's from you, but I did DM you our office IP that you can add to a whitelist.

Hi Matt....in my opinion, the button "Send" of DM doesn't running successfully. Javascript problem?
