Often times during a chat, an agent will need to send a resource, such as a specific webpage, to the customer. SmarterTrack's page pushing feature makes this task simple and easy.

Enabling Page PushingFollow these steps to enable the page pushing feature:
- Log in to the SmarterTrack management interface as a System Administrator.
- Click the Settings icon.
- Expand the System Settings and Organizations folder in the navigation pane.
- Click Groups.
- Select the desired group and click Edit in the content pane toolbar.
- Check the box for Allow agents to push pages to customers for live chats.
- Click Save in the content pane toolbar.
Pushing Pages to Customers
Follow these steps to push a page to a customer during a live chat:
- During an active chat, click the Actions menu.
- Click Push Page.
- Type the URL of the website you want to share.
- Click Send.
