Can anyone out there confirm if EWS has been fixed and is reliable?  Mine hasn't worked reliably for 2 years (e.g. not at all really).

I am coming up to my renewal and after paying for it for two years where it hasn't worked, I need to decide either to get SmarterTools help in fixing my installation or stop paying them for a broken solution.

 

The discussion from 2014 still says being fixed and I don't want to waste another week trying to fix something that is still broken.

 

This is a genuine request to get to know the true status of EWS.
